Reports To: Plant Supervisor
Role Overview
The Plant Fitter is responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical systems used in mineral processing operations to ensure minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain crushers, conveyors, jigs, pumps, shaking tables, and screens
- Diagnose mechanical faults and perform corrective maintenance
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns
- Install and align machinery components
- Maintain maintenance logs and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Fitting & Machining
- Mining or mineral processing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings

2️⃣ Plant Welders (2 Positions)
Job Grade: B2
Department: Metallurgy
Role Overview
The Plant Welder will support maintenance and repair of processing plant equipment through high-quality welding and fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, SMAW, and oxy-acetylene welding
- Fabricate and repair steel structures, tanks, and pipelines
- Inspect weld integrity and safety compliance
- Support shutdown and emergency maintenance
Requirements
- A2 Certificate or Diploma in Welding
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Experience in industrial or mining environment preferred
- Strong safety awareness
3️⃣ Plant Electricians (2 Positions)
Job Grade: B2
Role Overview
Responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems within the processing plant.

- Maintain motors, control panels, PLCs, VFDs, sensors

Reports To: Mine Metallurgist
Role Overview
Supervise daily gravity processing plant operations to ensure production targets, safety, and environmental compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee crushing, screening, jigging, spirals, and shaking tables
- Monitor feed rates and recovery performance
- Supervise plant operators
- Enforce LOTO and safety standards
- Submit daily production reports
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Metallurgical, Mining, or Material Science Engineering
- 3–5 years experience in gravity processing (tin, tungsten, tantalum)
- Strong understanding of gravity separation principles
- Supervisory experience
6️⃣ Plant Operators (6 Positions)

Role Overview
Operate and monitor gravity concentration circuits to maintain recovery efficiency and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate crushers, jigs, shaking tables, spirals
- Adjust feed rates and water flow
