Position Overview: Junior Administrator – Social Department

The Coordination Office is seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Administrator to support planning, implementation, and monitoring of social development projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with Rwandan and German partners to strengthen collaboration and ensure successful project delivery in areas such as:

  • Inclusion and social empowerment
  • Rural cooperative support
  • Income-generating activities
  • Capacity building initiatives

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Implementation Support

The Junior Administrator will:

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of social development projects
  • Assist in drafting and developing project proposals
  • Contribute to conceptual and strategic planning within the Social Department
  • Support capacity-building initiatives for rural cooperatives
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring processes

Experience in development project management in Rwanda will be an added advantage.


2. Reporting and Documentation

  • Preparation of financial reports
  • Drafting of narrative and progress reports

3. Field Monitoring and Partner Engagement

The Junior Administrator will:

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Kinyarwanda
